Comprehensive inspection services
for your home

I offer a range of specialized inspection services aimed at ensuring safety and quality in new construction projects as well as existing homes. My primary task is to verify that your home meets established standards and to identify potential issues.

Home Inspection

During your home inspection, I take a thorough look at the property to assess the overall condition. This inspection covers the following areas—from the structure to the roof, electrical, plumbing, and heating/cooling systems. My goal is to provide you with a clear snapshot of the property’s current state, enabling you to make informed decisions about any needed repairs, maintenance, or improvements. This inspection is your key to identifying potential and costly issues, and giving you the assurance that the home is safe.

Pre-Drywall Inspection

I conduct the Pre-Drywall inspection to ensure that your home is built according to construction regulations before the walls are enclosed. I check all essential components such as doors, windows, foundation, flooring, electrical installations, plumbing, as well as the structure of walls and roof. While builders and municipal inspectors often have many inspections in a day, I take the necessary time to thoroughly inspect and identify potential issues that are impossible to detect once construction is completed.

4 Point Inspection

My 4 Point Inspection provides essential insights for homeowners into the current condition of your property. Through a comprehensive examination and evaluation of the four major systems—roofing, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC—this thorough review ensures the critical aspects of your house are in good condition. It will allow effective planning for necessary maintenance or repairs before listing your home for sale.

Wind mitigation inspection

My wind mitigation inspection is designed to enhance your home’s resilience against storm and wind damage. I examine critical elements such as roof connections, window and door reinforcements, and the structural integrity of the building. By identifying and addressing these vulnerabilities, your home can be better protected against extreme weather conditions, not only increasing safety but also potentially reducing your insurance costs.

Thermal imaging inspection

With my advanced thermal imaging technology, I identify hidden issues in your home that are not visible to the naked eye. This method allows me to detect unusual heat patterns indicating potential problems like insulation defects, moisture intrusion, or electrical hazards. My infrared inspections provide you with a detailed view of conditions that would otherwise remain hidden.

Mold inspection

Moisture can lead to serious issues like mold growth and structural damage. During a mold inspection, I use specialized equipment to detect hidden moisture in walls, ceilings, and other areas. I identify potential risks early on and provide solutions to protect your home from moisture damage. My inspection is visual until mold is evident and then a surface sample is taken and sent to a lab for testing. Part of this inspection is lab-connected. A mold inspection is done visually and with mold test strips, which are sent to a lab to determine the type of mold and verify if the mold is active or not.
